How to Create Custom Questions for Booking Pages in ClickFunnels 2.0

Hey everyone! Tyson here with Repair My Funnel. Today, we’re exploring a new feature in ClickFunnels 2.0: creating custom questions for your booking pages. This update is perfect for gathering all the information you need from clients before your events. Let’s dive in!

Setting Up Custom Questions

setting up custom questions for booking pages in clickfunnels 2.0
  • Ensure the Appointments App is Set Up
    •
First, make sure the Appointments app is added to your ClickFunnels 2.0 account. If it’s not, head to the Apps section, click the plus icon, and add Appointments to your workspace. Once added, it will appear on the left-hand navigation.
  • Add Event Type
    •
Navigate to the Event Types section and click “Add Event Type.” Choose “One-on-One Events” and name your event type, for example, “Consultation Call.” Set the domain as needed.
  • Add Custom Questions
    •
In the Booking Questions section, you’ll see default fields for email, name, and phone. To add a new question, click “Add Booking Question.” You can select an existing attribute or create a new one. For example, add a question like “Monthly Ad Spend” and mark it as required.
  • Create New Attributes
    •
If you don’t have an existing attribute, you can create one on the spot. Choose a label, which will appear as the question on your booking page, and select the field type (text field or radio button). Click “Create Booking Question.”
  •  Preview and Test
    •
After adding your questions, create the event type. Preview your booking page to see how the questions appear, ensuring everything is in place.

Viewing Responses

To view responses, navigate to the “Customers” section and click on “Contacts.” Select the contact you want to review. The answers to your custom questions will be under the “Custom Attributes” tab.

Why Custom Questions Matter

Custom questions allow you to tailor your booking process, gather vital information, and streamline client interactions. This feature enhances your ability to prepare for calls and meetings, making your interactions more productive.
