How to Change Your Profile Image in ClickFunnels 2.0 (No Gravatar Needed!)

If you’ve ever tried changing your profile picture in ClickFunnels 2.0, you probably noticed that it was controlled by Gravatar—a separate service that wasn’t always the easiest to update. But good news! ClickFunnels 2.0 now lets you upload your own profile image directly without needing Gravatar.

In this quick guide, I’ll show you exactly how to update your profile image inside ClickFunnels 2.0, so you can make sure your community and workspace profiles reflect the real you.

Let’s dive in!

Why Your Profile Image Matters in ClickFunnels 2.0

Your profile image is more than just a small picture in the corner of your dashboard. It appears in the ClickFunnels community, team workspaces, and anywhere your profile is visible. If you’re building a brand or engaging with other ClickFunnels users, having the right image makes a difference.

Previously, ClickFunnels pulled profile images from Gravatar.com, which meant you had to create a Gravatar account, upload your image there, and hope it synced correctly. Now, you can upload your image directly inside ClickFunnels, making the process faster and easier.

Step-by-Step: How to Change Your Profile Image in ClickFunnels 2.0

Step 1: Access Your User Settings

  • Log in to your ClickFunnels 2.0 account.
  • In the bottom-left corner of your dashboard, click on your workspace name.
  • A pop-up menu will appear—click on User Settings.

This will take you to your profile settings page, where you can update details like your name, phone number, time zone, and most importantly, your profile image.

Step 2: Edit Your Avatar

At the top of the User Settings page, you’ll see your current profile image (or just your initials if you haven’t set one).

  • Click on Edit Avatar next to your profile image.
  • A window will pop up, allowing you to upload a new image from your computer.
  • Select your desired profile picture and upload it.

Once uploaded, your new profile image will instantly replace the old one—no need to wait for syncing like with Gravatar.

Step 3: Save & Confirm the Changes

After uploading your new image, double-check that it appears correctly. If everything looks good, ClickFunnels will automatically save the update.

Your new profile picture will now be visible across your ClickFunnels dashboard, community interactions, and workspace teams.

Final Thoughts

With this new update, ClickFunnels 2.0 makes it easier than ever to personalize your profile without needing Gravatar. In just a few clicks, you can upload a fresh new image and make sure your community interactions and team spaces reflect your brand, your personality, and your presence.

Now that you know how to change your profile image in ClickFunnels 2.0, go ahead and give it an update!

Additional FAQs

Do I still need a Gravatar account to change my image?

No! ClickFunnels 2.0 now allows you to upload images directly, so there’s no need to set up or manage a Gravatar account anymore. If you previously had a Gravatar image, you can now change it inside ClickFunnels without affecting anything else.

What image formats are supported?

ClickFunnels supports common image formats like JPEG and PNG. For the best quality, use a square image with a resolution of at least 200x200 pixels to ensure it looks clear across all areas of the platform.

Why isn’t my new profile image showing up immediately

In most cases, your new image should appear instantly after uploading. However, if you don’t see the update right away, try the following:

  • Refresh the page or log out and back in.
  • Clear your browser cache to load the latest version.
  • Ensure your image meets the supported format and size requirements.

If you still have issues, try uploading the image again or checking for any platform updates from ClickFunnels.
